Personal Software Inspector (PSI) - Secunia
The Secunia PSI detects installed software and categorizes your software as either Insecure, End-of-Life, or Up-To-Date. Effectively enabling you to focus your attention on software installations where more secure versions are available from the vendors.
I had a friend of mine send this over to me after we talked briefly about a potential security issue. It seems like a great tool. The tool is still in beta form but worth taking a look at.

We are currently running a test on an old test box to see how well it does. I will post the results when it completes.
